3. Nature of Services Sana Providence LLC offers ministerial services, end-of-life doula support, and complementary and alternative health care services as described on this website. 4. No Professional-Client Relationship Visiting this website or submitting a contact form does not establish a professional relationship of any kind between you and Sana Providence LLC or Maria Rendon. A formal service relationship is established only through a signed service agreement.

Colorado Complementary and Alternative Health Care Act Complementary and alternative health care services — including energy work and spiritual companionship — are offered by Maria Rendon in her capacity as a complementary and alternative health care practitioner under the Colorado Complementary and Alternative Health Care Act (CRS § 12-240.5). Prior to receiving such services, clients will receive a written disclosure statement as required by Colorado law.
6. Ministerial Services Ministerial services are offered in Maria Rendon's capacity as a Licensed Minister. These services are spiritual in nature and are protected under applicable religious freedom provisions. They do not constitute psychological counseling, therapy, or medical care.
7. End-of-Life Doula Services End-of-life doula services are non-medical in nature and do not constitute hospice care, palliative care, medical treatment, or psychological therapy. These services complement but do not replace professional medical or hospice care.
8. Payment and Cancellation Specific payment terms, cancellation policies, and refund provisions are set forth in individual service agreements provided to each client prior to the commencement of services. Nothing on this website constitutes a binding fee agreement.
9. Intellectual Property All content on this website — including text, images, and design — is the property of Sana Providence LLC and is protected by applicable copyright law. Content may not be reproduced without written permission.
10. Limitation of Liability Sana Providence LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or the services described herein. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for services directly related to that claim.
